Position : SRE LEAD

Exp : 12 to 15 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and operate highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS following SRE best practices.

- Lead and own Kubernetes/EKS platform architecture, cluster lifecycle management, and upgrades.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Helm.

- Drive GitOps practices using ArgoCD, including policy enforcement with Kyverno.

- Build and manage secure CI/CD pipelines using Concourse CI.

- Implement and manage service mesh architecture using Istio, including mTLS, traffic routing, and resilience patterns.

- Strengthen web application security leveraging Cloudflare for WAF, DDoS protection, and edge security.

- Own fabric and routing strategies for microservices communication and secure traffic management.

- Establish and mature observability standards across the platform using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

- Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, and lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems.

- Support and improve production reliability, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with application, security, and platform engineering teams to embed reliability and security by design.

- Mentor junior engineers and drive operational excellence across teams.
