Must have skills : Work day testing(Financial), Automation, Workday Tester (Financial) specializes in validating Workday FSCM modules (AP, AR, GL, Procurement, Expenses) by creating test strategies, writing test scripts, executing functional/regression testing, and managing defects in tools like Jira

They ensure financial workflows and integrations function accurately during implementations, upgrades, and business process changes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Strategy & Planning : Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and scenarios for Workday Financials modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Banking, Fixed Assets).

- Execution : Conduct functional, end-to-end (E2E), integration, security, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Defect Management : Identify, document, and track defects to closure in Jira or similar tools, performing root cause analysis.

- Validation : Validate business processes, security roles, and system integrations between Workday and external systems.

- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test data, and test results.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and developers to ensure quality delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience : 10+ years in Workday Financials/FSCM testing or related ERP financial system testing.

- Knowledge : Strong understanding of finance functional areas such as General Ledger, Accounting, and Cash Management.

- Tools : Hands-on experience with Automation, Jira, Excel, and Workday testing tools.

- Skills : Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Preferred : Workday Financial Certification or certifications in testing tools like Tosca
