Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation, preferably specializing in Health Cloud. The candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and healthcare-specific Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud applications based on business requirements.

- Implement healthcare-specific functionalities using Health Cloud features.

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

- Work on Health Cloud data models, including Patient 360, Care Plans, Care Teams, and Clinical Data.

- Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation.

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills:

- 5+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation.

- Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.

- Understanding of Health Cloud data models and healthcare processes.

- Experience with Salesforce deployments and debugging.

Good to Have:

- Salesforce Health Cloud implementation experience.

- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.

- Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant certification.

- Experience with MuleSoft or third-party healthcare integrations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with hands-on Health Cloud implementation experience.

- Experience working on multiple Salesforce projects, preferably including at least one end-to-end Health Cloud implementation.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
