Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on expertise to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, platform knowledge, and experience working in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules

- Configure and customize ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or CSM modules

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows / Flow Designer

- Build and customize Service Portal components

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs

- Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes

- Ensure best practices in scripting, security, and performance

- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams

- Provide technical guidance and support during deployments

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting

- Experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

- Experience with Workflows / Flow Designer

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB

- Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)

- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM/CSM/HRSD)

- Experience with Service Portal, Performance Analytics, or ITOM

- Experience in cloud or enterprise-scale implementations
