Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow platform, Java scripting, and ITSM modules. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Service Catalog development, requirement gathering, and converting business needs into technical stories.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes)

- Work extensively on ServiceNow ITSM modules

- Develop and manage Service Catalog, workflows, and integrations

- Gather business requirements and convert them into user stories and story points

- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions

- Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and platform stability

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow Development

Strong expertise in :

- ServiceNow Platform

- JavaScript / Glide APIs

- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

- Service Catalog & Workflow

- Experience in requirement gathering and story point estimation

- Hands-on development and customization experience

Certifications (Mandatory) :

Any one of the following :

- ServiceNow CSA

- ServiceNow CAD

- CIS ITSM

Good to Have :

- CIS ITSM Certification

Preferred Candidate :

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
