We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce FSC solutions for the financial services domain, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs

- Design scalable Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration strategies

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Flows, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs

- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for the Financial Services industry

- Handle data migration, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, especially Financial Services Cloud innovations

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

- 8+ years overall experience in Salesforce development & architecture

- Strong expertise in Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs

- Experience with data migration, system integrations, and CI/CD

Salesforce Certifications such as :

- Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Highly Preferred)
