Hiring : Project Manager / PMO (Technical)

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Project Manager (PM) or PMO who can lead development teams, drive delivery excellence, and ensure smooth execution of multiple technology projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage cross-functional development teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

- Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with technical leads and developers to resolve challenges and ensure high-quality outcomes.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the team be hands-on when required.

- Manage stakeholder communication, project documentation, and reporting.

- Implement PMO best practices, governance, and process improvements.

- Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to keep projects aligned with goals.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management / PMO roles.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and manage technical teams effectively.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Technical background able to understand code, architecture, and technology stacks (preferred).

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certification (good to have).

- Experience working in client-facing or product-based environments.
