Volante Lead Engineer - Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join our Cloud Payments Engineering team and contribute to the design and development of our Volante Payments-as-a-Service platform.

Location : Hyderabad or Remote (India)

Key Responsibilities :

- Build cartridges using Volante Designer for ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, FedNow, RTP

- Develop integration flows using Apache Camel and the Volante Integration Framework

- Integrate Volante with backend Spring Boot microservices

- Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders

- Lead end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and production support

- Ensure compliance with financial services security, performance, and availability standards

- Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of Java backend development

- 3+ years hands-on with Volante Designer / Integration Framework

- Strong expertise in Apache Camel, Spring Boot, REST APIs

- Deep understanding of financial messaging formats : ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX, NACHA

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
