- The Avature Config Consultant will be responsible for configuring the Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Avature Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in alignment with prioritized product backlog requirements.

- The role involves translating business needs into system configurations and ensuring successful implementation within the DHL Avature instance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize the Avature ATS based on business requirements and prioritized product backlog items.

- Implement system changes, workflows, data models, portals, and templates within the DHL Avature environment.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand configuration needs and provide technical feasibility insights.

- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of configured components.

- Ensure adherence to configuration standards, documentation, and best practices.

- Support ongoing improvements and enhancements to the Avature platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in COTS Avature configuration.

- Strong understanding of Avature modules, workflows, portals, and automation capabilities.

- Experience working with product backlog or Agile/Scrum teams.

- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical configurations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
