Skills required :

- Minimum 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years as a technology architect designing and implementing enterprise solutions.

- Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelors in Computer Applications (BCA) from a recognized institution. MBA degree preferred

- Expertise in enterprise architecture, system integration, and scalable solution design across multiple platforms.

- Strong experience with Kore.AI, conversational AI platforms, and intelligent automation solutions.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, API design, and DevOps practices.

- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, SAFe) and modern tech stacks (Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript frameworks, etc.).

- Knowledge of build vs. buy evaluations, vendor management, and cost-benefit analysis (TCO, ROI).

- Experience in technical risk assessment, governance frameworks, and compliance with industry standards.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex system dependencies and risks.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working with product teams, technology experts, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the end-to-end product and enterprise architecture across platforms and solutions.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions.

- Lead architecture initiatives for conversational AI and intelligent automation platforms, with strong focus on Kore.AI.

- Drive system integration strategies using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

- Partner with product management, engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural designs.

- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions, manage vendor relationships, and perform TCO / ROI analysis.

- Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

- Perform technical risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
