Requirement 4: Service Now Platform Analytics & Reporting 4 - 8 Yrs

We are looking to onboard a strong, hands-on professional with proven experience in Platform Analytics and Reporting. The candidate will be primarily responsible for generating ServiceNow reports using the Platform Analytics module exclusively. The role demands expertise in utilizing analytics features to create actionable insights and tailored reporting solutions within the ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. ServiceNow Analytics & Reporting Development :

- Design, configure, and build reports, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, indicators, breakdowns, and widgets using Performance Analytics (PA) and native reporting capabilities.

- Develop actionable insights and interactive visualizations tailored to business needs.

- Maintain and optimize PA data collection jobs, indicator sources, and scheduled snapshots.

2. Business Requirement Analysis :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and leadership teams to gather reporting/analytics requirements.

- Understand business processes across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or other modules to design meaningful analytics solutions.

- Translate requirements into technical designs and implement reusable PA models.

3. Data Modeling & Configuration :

- Configure PA elements such as Indicator Sources, Breakdown Sources, Automated Jobs, Thresholds, Time Series, and data collection strategies.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within reporting structures.

- Work with ServiceNow tables, fields, glide queries, and data relationships for optimized reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of professional experience working with ServiceNow Platform Analytics and Reporting.

- Hands-on expertise in Performance Analytics (PA), including KPIs, indicators, dashboards, scorecards, breakdowns, and data collectors.

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data structures, CMDB relationships, and core applications like ITSM or ITOM.
