Position : Contract

Location : PAN India

SAP Project system tenured profile with SME skills on Project system including Design, delivery, testing, driving workshops, RICEFW objects and cross teams integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP Project System (PS) modules based on business requirements.

- Work on key areas such as WBS, Networks, Activities, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Settlement, Project Accounting, and Progress Tracking.

- Develop and maintain the PS master data structures required for project execution.

End-to-End Project Lifecycle Execution :

• Requirement gathering
• Solution blueprinting
• System configuration
• Testing (SIT/UAT)
• Training and documentation
• Cutover and post-go-live support

- Drive functional workshops with stakeholders and capture detailed business needs.

RICEFW Development Support :

- Prepare functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).

- Collaborate closely with ABAP developers and ensure the correct technical realization of functional requirements.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Design test scenarios, write test scripts, and execute SIT/UAT cycles.

- Validate end-to-end business processes and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Expertise across PS functionalities such as WBS, Networks, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Settlement, and Project Reporting.

- Proven experience leading workshops, designing solutions, delivering configurations, and supporting complex PS environments.

- Strong knowledge of SAP PS and its integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.

- Experience in preparing and validating RICEFW functional specifications.
