Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy AI/ML and NLP models into production environments.

- Build and integrate LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines.

- Implement conversational AI solutions covering NLU, NLG, dialogue management, and speech processing.

- Develop chatbots and voice agents using Twilio, VAPI, Dialogflow, or WebRTC.

Skills :

- 3-4 years in AI/ML/NLP roles, including production experience.

- Strong Python skills with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.

- Hands-on with LLMs and modern NLP stacks (e.g., LangChain, RAG, OpenAI APIs, HuggingFace).

- Experience with Conversational AI, including NLU/NLG, dialogue management, and speech processing.

- Experience building chatbots or voice agents using Twilio, VAPI, Dialogflow, or WebRTC.
