Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AV Control Systems Programmer with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise audiovisual systems, control programming, and modern AV-over-IP environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Program, configure, and commission AV control systems using Crestron and Biamp platforms.

Install, configure, and support video conferencing systems and devices including :

- Cisco, HP Poly, Logitech

- Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, Google Meet

- Configure and program professional audio DSP systems, ensuring optimal signal flow and performance.

- Install and configure video switching and signal management systems.

- Work with AV over IP and Audio over IP technologies in enterprise environments.

- Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting, debugging control code, networking issues, and hardware conflicts.

- Create and maintain detailed system documentation, programming notes, and as-built records.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, design engineers, and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

Mandatory Skills :

- Crestron Control System Programming

- Biamp Audio DSP Programming

- Strong understanding of audio signal flow in complex AV systems

- 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in AV control system programming

- Audio DSP configuration, tuning, and basic programming
