AuxoAI is seeking an experienced OIC Lead to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle PaaS components. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role focused on modernizing integration infrastructure, enabling hybrid deployments, and mentoring a growing team of integration developers. You will work across cloud and on-prem ecosystems, integrating applications such as Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM, Salesforce, AS/400, and other third-party SaaS systems. The role requires strong architectural insight, platform ownership, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, including Integration, Process Automation, Insight, and Visual Builder

- Build and maintain integrations across Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM), Salesforce, on-prem systems (e.g., JDE, AS/400), databases, APIs, and file feeds (FBDI/HDL)

- Develop reusable integration patterns, governance frameworks, and robust error-handling logic

- Own CI/CD pipelines for OIC assets: implement promotion workflows, version control, and automated deployment strategies

- Define integration architecture standards, hybrid reference patterns, and security frameworks (OAuth2, client credentials)

- Monitor, optimize, and support production integrations with OIC/OCI observability and logging tools

- Drive performance tuning, fault tolerance, and proactive incident response across all integration layers

- Mentor a team of integration developers through code reviews, design walkthroughs, and hands-on problem solving

- Partner with business teams and solution architects to translate integration requirements into robust and scalable delivery plans

Requirements :

- 6+ years in enterprise integration roles, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Strong knowledge of OIC components: Integrations, Adapters (File, FTP, DB, SOAP/REST, Oracle ERP), Orchestration, Insight, Visual Builder (VBCS)

- Proficient in REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, WSDL, XSD, XPath, XSLT, JSON Schema

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components such as API Gateway, Vault, and Autonomous DB

- Skilled in SQL and PL/SQL; experience with FBDI and HDL is preferred

- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to lead integration teams and manage distributed delivery environments

Nice to Have :

- Oracle OIC and/or Oracle Cloud certifications

- Experience with Oracle Fusion functional areas (Finance, SCM, HCM)

- Background in SOA Suite or Oracle Service Bus

- Knowledge of API security, rate limiting, and multi-tenant integration design

- Experience with API monetization and integration platform governance strategies
