Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AUTOSAR Architect with deep expertise in the Classic Platform, specifically in Basic Software (BSW) development. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical depth along with the ability to guide teams, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive embedded systems and a strong understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of AUTOSAR Classic Platform solutions with a focus on BSW modules

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams across projects

- Drive end to end BSW development including configuration, integration, and optimization

- Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal teams to define system requirements and architecture

- Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR standards and automotive quality processes

- Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and provide robust solutions

- Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and technical roadmaps

- Support project planning, estimation, and risk management activities

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture with hands-on experience in BSW stacks such as COM, Diagnostics, and Memory (MEM)

- Hands on experience with automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet (one or more)

- Good understanding of diagnostic protocols such as UDS and DoIP

- Familiarity with Network Management concepts in automotive systems

- Experience working with multi-core ECU development and system-level integration

- Strong proficiency in C programming and embedded systems development

- Working knowledge of automotive microcontrollers such as Infineon and Renesas

- Experience with AUTOSAR tools and configuration environments is a plus

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Proven experience in technical leadership or architect-level roles

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Ability to drive technical discussions and influence decision-making

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in end-to-end ECU development lifecycle

- Exposure to functional safety (ISO 26262) and automotive SPICE processes

- Prior experience working in global automotive programs
