We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technical projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Project Planning and Execution :

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

- Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Technical Leadership :

- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.

- Understand and communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.

- Ensure proper technical documentation.

Stakeholder Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project team members, management, and clients.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Team Management:.

- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.

- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Budget and Resource Management :

- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.

- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.

- Allocate and manage project resources effectively.

Quality Assurance :

- Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.

- Implement and enforce quality control processes.

- Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement.

- Agile/Waterfall Methodologies .

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.

- Experience managing software development, infrastructure, or other technical projects.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.

- Familiarity with Java stack technologies and tools (e.g , Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)

- Ability to understand technical documentation, and communicate technical concepts.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong organizational skills.

Education and Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- PMP, Agile (e.g , Scrum Master, SAFe), lean or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.

Location : Hyderabad.

Work Mode : Hybrid - 3 days a week at Office.

Experience : 5-8 years
