Job Title : ERP Developer.

Location : Navi Mumbai.

Experience Required : 3-5yrs.

Job Type : Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis.

- Engage with business users to capture, document, and analyse business requirements.

- Map processes and identify gaps between business needs and ERP functionalities.

- Vendor Evaluation & Selection.

- Assist in evaluating ERP vendors/partners and system integrators.

- Conduct feasibility studies and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Implementation & UAT.

- Configure ERP modules (Field Service, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, HR, etc.) as per business needs.

- Prepare test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

- Ensure system alignment with business processes during pilot and go-live phases.

- Post-Go-Live Support.

- Provide functional support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical gaps when required.

- Train business users on ERP functionalities and best practices.

- Monitor ERP usage, adoption, and system improvements.

- Project & Change Management.

- Support ERP rollout projects by coordinating with technical and business teams.

- Ensure timely delivery of functional deliverables with proper documentation.

- Manage change requests, impact assessment, and communication with users.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 35 years of hands-on experience as an ERP Functional Consultant (preferably in Odoo or ERPNext, other ERP systems also considered).

- Strong knowledge of business processes in domains such as Field Service, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Invoice, and Accounting.

- Proven experience in ERP implementation life cycle: requirement gathering, configuration, UAT, deployment, and support.

- Experience in vendor evaluation and selection for ERP projects.

- Ability to translate functional requirements into system configurations and solutions.

- Strong documentation and communication skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Proficiency in preparing UAT scenarios, functional specifications, and training materials.

- Experience in post-go-live support and user handling.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Odoo/ERPNext or other ERP platforms (desirable).

- Exposure to ERP migration projects or multi-site rollouts.

- Basic understanding of technical aspects (APIs, integrations, database structure).

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

- Experience in the manufacturing and service industry.

- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools connected to ERP data.
