The Opportunity

Autonomize AI is seeking a Director of Engineering to drive technical excellence and scale our AI platform infrastructure.

- In this role, youll lead backend, ML, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions, ensure high-quality and timely releases, and build a thriving engineering culture.

What Youll Do

Youll be the technical and cultural anchor for the region:

- Drive engineering excellence across LLM infra, platform orchestration, and backend systems

- Partner directly with the CTO and product teams to define and deliver our next-gen AI stack and help build out our Agentic AI Platform

- Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class team of engineers across backend, ML, and devops

- Own delivery of customer-critical features and scalable enterprise deployments

- Manage the overall Quality and Delivery for product and ensure timely delivery of releases

- Oversee our customer delivery teams and ensure delivery for customer engagements through the use of our platform components.

Youre a Fit If You Have

- 14+ years in backend or platform engineering (Python, Go, or Node preferred)

- Proven track record of leading teams or orgs at scale (1050+ engineers)

- Passion for both code quality and human leadership

- Comfort navigating between strategy and execution
