Automation Testing Engineer - Playwright Testing

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with Java.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test strategies.

- Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing using automation.

- Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality improvements.

- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

- Analyze test results, debug issues, and work with the development team to resolve defects.

- Ensure high-quality releases with minimal manual testing.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience in automation testing.

- Strong proficiency in Java for test automation.

- Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferably Playwright for Java).

- Good understanding of testing frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.

- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.

- Experience with version control (Git).

- Good understanding of software testing principles and SDLC/STLC.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
