- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Pega applications using Java and Selenium WebDriver.

- Design and implement test automation frameworks and reusable components.

- Collaborate with Pega developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand application functionality and define test scenarios.

- Analyze requirements and design detailed test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.

- Perform manual testing as needed, especially for complex workflows or new features.

- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.

- Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with the development team for resolution.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, and status reporting.

- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and best practices in Pega and automation testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.

- Strong experience in Pega PRPC (Pega Platform) testing, including understanding of Pega case management and business process workflows.

- Proficient in Java programming for developing test automation scripts.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.

- Experience with Pega testing tools and methodologies.

- Solid understanding of manual and automated testing concepts, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and UI testing techniques.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, or similar.

- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Zephyr.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in Pega or relevant testing certifications (ISTQB, Selenium Certification) is a plus.

- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.

- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is an advantage.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and environments
