Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced Automation Tester to join a leading global product and engineering organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python and Selenium and experience developing automated test solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.

- Create and enhance automation frameworks for web applications.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Execute API testing and validate application functionality.

- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure software quality.

- Report, track, and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle.

- Contribute to CI/CD and test automation initiatives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building automation frameworks from scratch using Python and Selenium WebDriver.

- Strong understanding of software testing lifecycles, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking methodologies.

- Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive resolution.

- Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
