Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Tester to join our dynamic engineering team in Hyderabad, focusing on delivering high-quality software solutions within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks that ensure the reliability and performance of our core insurance platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business analysts, to translate complex insurance requirements into effective test strategies. By driving automation excellence, you will directly impact the speed of our release cycles and ensure a seamless experience for our end-users, ultimately contributing to the digital transformation of our insurance product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java and Selenium to accelerate regression testing cycles for our P&C insurance applications.

- Design and execute comprehensive API test suites using Rest Assured to validate backend services, ensuring seamless data integrity across integrated insurance modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into high-coverage test scenarios that mitigate operational risks.

- Mentor junior team members on best practices in test automation, code reviews, and continuous integration to foster a culture of quality engineering.

- Identify and resolve complex technical bottlenecks in the testing pipeline to improve overall system stability and deployment velocity.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end automation solutions using Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured within large-scale enterprise environments.
