We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Playwright with JavaScript to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks.

The role involves comprehensive testing across UI, APIs, databases, and backend services, with exposure to mobile testing being an added advantage.

The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, enjoys breaking systems, and thrives in identifying complex and hard-to-find defects.

Mandatory Skills :

- Playwright with JavaScript (minimum 3.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience)

- API Automation and UI Automation

- Database testing with strong preference for NoSQL databases

Good to Have :

- Mobile application testing (Android/iOS)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and JavaScript

- Perform end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, and backend services

- Execute system testing, regression testing, and integration testing

- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and detailed test reports

- Validate APIs using automation and manual techniques

- Perform database validation using SQL and NoSQL databases

- Execute Linux/Unix commands for test setup, log analysis, and debugging

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects throughout the bug lifecycle

- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and risk assessment for application issues

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to clarify requirements and improve quality

- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and testing processes

Experience & Qualifications :

- Around 5 years of experience in QA test automation

- Strong expertise in Playwright + JavaScript automation frameworks

- Solid experience in web application, backend services, and system testing

- Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks

- Working knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL)

- Experience using Linux/Unix environments
