Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and implement robust test solutions. Your work will directly impact the quality of our products, leading to improved user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop comprehensive test automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, Python, and Pytest to ensure thorough test coverage.

- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement, ultimately enhancing product quality.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases, ensuring alignment between development and testing efforts.

- Maintain and enhance existing test automation scripts to adapt to evolving product features and requirements, ensuring the continued effectiveness of the automation suite.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, leading to faster release cycles and higher quality products.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust test automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, Python, and Pytest.

- Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python.

- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, including test case design, test execution, and defect reporting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune.
