- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to interpret requirements, define test scope, and align on quality expectations.

- CI/CD Integration : Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of regression, functional, and smoke test suites.

- Quality Governance : Identify and track quality KPIs; create dashboards to monitor test execution trends, defect density, coverage, and release readiness.

- Technical Leadership : Mentor and coach QA engineers, provide code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive automation best practices.

- Defect Management : Investigate test failures, troubleshoot automation issues, triage defects, and work with teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Compliance and Alignment : Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to align automation efforts with CI/CD, compliance, and security requirements.

Requirements :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 2 years in a lead/technical leadership role.

- Deep hands-on experience in Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).

- Strong understanding of automation best practices, tools, patterns, and methodologies.

- Experience with additional automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress (advantageous).

- Practical knowledge of REST API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.

- Hands-on experience working with Git, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD tools.

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, BDD/TDD processes.

- Experience working with modern web technologies and microservices architectures.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and technical problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
