We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Test Lead to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the field of software testing.

Responsibilities :

- Design, implementation, and roll-out of Playwright as a test automation framework

- Actively write automation test scripts using Playwright

- Own automation testing across all our development teams (pods)

- Own the integration of automated testing with our CI/CD Pipeline

- Work closely with the Product teams to identify new automation opportunities

- Work closely with backend and frontend engineers to communicate the data and UI changes needed for automation

- Support QA Engineers to accelerate test automation by training them, conducting code reviews, and solving technical issues

Qualification/Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of overall software development/ quality assurance experience the majority in QA Automation with a minimum of 2 years experience in handing a team

- Advanced or expert-level knowledge with Playwright, an end-to-end testing automation framework, OR advanced experience with a Javascript-based automation solution

- Strong programming experience, preferably in JavaScript

- Experience testing modern web applications built with React

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

- Experience testing using Chrome dev tools
