Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to define, implement, and lead the test automation strategy for our software products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation frameworks, leading QA automation teams, and ensuring high-quality, reliable releases across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the test automation strategy, roadmap, and best practices

- Lead and mentor automation and QA engineers across projects

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications

- Select and manage automation tools and technologies

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams

- Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

- Review automation code, test plans, and execution reports

- Identify quality risks early and drive mitigation plans

- Track and report automation metrics, quality KPIs, and release readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 6+ years of experience in software testing with strong automation focus

- 3+ years of experience in a Test Lead / QA Lead role

- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium

- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation

- Experience with API testing tools (RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI)

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

- Knowledge of test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr)
