We are looking for a Test Engineering Team Lead to spearhead quality engineering initiatives across our application platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers to deliver high-quality testing outcomes within defined timelines.

- Make data-driven decisions, balancing immediate priorities with long-term product goals.

- Collaborate closely with senior engineers, development managers, product managers, and scrum teams across global Agile environments.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworksand inspire your team to do the same.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts (functional, technical, and bug fix scenarios).

- Evaluate and contribute to the implementation of QA tools and best practices.

- Understand user requirements, develop test cases, automate scripts, execute test cycles, debug automation code, and share comprehensive test reports.

- Support CI/CD initiatives and maintain a strong understanding of modern pipelines.

- Drive continuous improvement, embrace change, and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

What You Need :

- 5 to 13+ years of experience, including 2+ years leading technical teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Deep understanding of testing concepts, terminologies, and product architecture.

- Hands-on experience with automation testing using :

a. Java.

b. Selenium.

c. Rest Assured.

- Experience working with :

a. Cloud (AWS/Azure).

b. Microservices & API Architecture.

c. Monolithic systems.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
