Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead with expertise in Oracle automation, functional testing, and manual testing.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle applications, particularly in R2R (Record to Report) or P2P (Procure to Pay) processes, and possess hands-on skills in OSCA (Oracle Smart Cloud Applications) and Python.

This role also involves leading a team of testers, ensuring quality delivery, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Banking or finance domain knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Automation & Testing :

- Lead the automation testing efforts for Oracle applications using OSCA and Oracle automation tools.

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for R2R or P2P processes.

- Perform functional and manual testing to validate application workflows and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data in line with project requirements.

Team Leadership & Coordination :

- Lead and mentor a team of automation and functional testers.

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of testing activities.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and development teams to resolve defects and optimize testing processes.

- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as required.

Technical Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with Oracle automation tools and OSCA.

- Proficiency in Python for automation scripting.

- Strong understanding of R2R or P2P processes within Oracle applications.

- Experience in functional testing of Oracle modules and validating business processes.

Domain Knowledge (Nice to Have) :

- Exposure to Banking or Finance domain.

- Knowledge of financial operations and ERP processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle automation and testing.

- Strong experience in functional and manual testing.

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of testers.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Nice to Have :

- Prior experience in banking or finance domain projects.

- Team handling experience.

Education :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
