Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead with 9-10 years of hands-on experience in designing and leading end-to-end automation initiatives across Web, Mobile, and API applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in automation framework development, team leadership, CI/CD, and enterprise application testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead automation testing across Web, Mobile, and API applications.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks.

- Develop automated scripts for functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing.

- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.

- Review automation code and ensure best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams.

- Mentor and guide automation engineers.

- Analyze test results, manage defects, and provide status updates to stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support test estimation and planning.

Required Technical Skills :

- Web: Selenium WebDriver, Playwright

- Mobile: Appium

- API: REST API, Rest Assured, Postman or equivalent

- Programming: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python

- Frameworks: Hybrid, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, POM

- Testing: TestNG / JUnit / PyTest

- DevOps: Git, Jenkins / Azure DevOps, Maven / Gradle / npm, CI/CD

Required Experience :

- 9-10 years of software testing experience with strong focus on automation.

- Experience leading automation teams and enterprise-scale projects.

- Strong hands-on experience in Web, Mobile, and API automation.

- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.

- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
