Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in the Cards & Payments domain. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in automation testing, card payment systems, POS transaction testing, and ISO8583 messaging standards.

Candidates with exposure to TSYS and VisionPLUS platforms will be highly preferred.

This role requires strong domain understanding, testing leadership, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to drive end-to-end testing activities within cards transformation and payment processing environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end automation testing activities within Cards and Payments projects.

- Design, develop, and execute automation test strategies and frameworks.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for card payment applications.

- Validate payment transaction flows including :

1. POS transactions

2. Authorization

3. Clearing & Settlement

4. Card lifecycle management

- Work extensively with :

1. ISO8583 message formats

2. TSYS platforms

3. VisionPLUS systems

- Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.

- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution.

- Prepare test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.

- Drive automation best practices and testing governance across projects.

- Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and release activities.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in :

1. Automation Testing

2. Cards & Payments Domain

3. Credit/Debit Card processing

- Hands-on expertise with :

1. ISO8583

2. POS Transactions

3. TSYS

- Experience with :

1. VisionPLUS (preferred)

2. Payment transaction testing

3. API testing

4. Regression testing

- Strong understanding of :

1. Payment lifecycle

2. Card transaction processing

3. Banking and financial services domain

Preferred Skills :

- Experience leading QA or automation teams.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with automation tools/frameworks is an added advantage.
