We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Automation Developer (SDET) to join our Quality Assurance team, focusing on Pervasive Automation across our flagship security policy management products and our emerging SaaS offerings. This role requires an individual who can strategically design, implement, and maintain complex End-to-End (E2E) automation tests, ensuring the highest quality of our zero-touch, application-centric security policy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented programming, modern testing frameworks, and cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- E2E Test Automation : Plan, design, write, and execute E2E automatic tests for complex features, covering both new functionality and comprehensive regression coverage.

- Code Development : Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable automation code primarily using Java within an established automation framework architecture.

- API and UI Testing : Implement advanced testing for both the user interface (UI) and service layers, focusing on API/REST automation for our microservices architecture.

- CI/CD Integration : Integrate automation suites into the CI/CD environment (e.g., Jenkins) to enable continuous quality checks and support frequent production releases.

- Cloud Testing : Perform comprehensive testing for our SaaS product, ensuring flawless operation across multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Process Improvement : Participate actively in a dynamic, agile team, contributing to the expansion and optimization of the automation framework, test environment setup, and deployment processes.

- Manual QA : Conduct manual QA testing and design test scenarios before automating to ensure a deep understanding of the feature and expected behavior.

- Troubleshooting : Expertly utilize log scanning and debugging tools to identify errors, perform root cause analysis, and ensure test stability.

Desired Qualifications (A Plus) :

- Experience in QA of network security software products (firewalls, policy management, etc.).

- Experience working with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with code quality checking tools and techniques.

- BSc/B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering.
