Job Description :

- 7+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Strong experience and working knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder.

- Experience of Automating test scripts for testing Journey Builder builds.

- Good Knowledge of Query Studio ,SQL And test data creation .

- Strong proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Business teams to ensure the quality E2E and UAT testing process.

- Demonstrated expertise in test strategy, test planning, test case design, and test execution.

- Experience to work on JIRA, Xray.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and effectively in an Agile process and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Good Analytical, logical thinking and good team player.
