We are Hiring: Automation Testing

What you will do:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript), Selenium WebDriver with Java, and Cucumber BDD Framework.

- Create and execute automated test scripts for Functional, Regression, End-to-End, Smoke, Sanity, and Cross-browser testing.

- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and support release validation activities.

- Develop and maintain reusable automation components, utilities, and libraries to improve test efficiency and scalability.

- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent technologies.

- Validate backend data through SQL queries and database testing.

- Analyze application requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, track issues, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.

- Review automation code and enforce testing best practices, naming standards, and framework guidelines.

- Monitor automation execution results, maintain test metrics, and generate quality reports for stakeholders.

- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA organization.

- Support performance, security, and accessibility testing initiatives when required.
