Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, SQL, and Web Application Automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test automation, test management, Agile methodologies, and creating quality test artifacts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.

- Perform web application testing and ensure product quality.

- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, test scenarios, and other test artifacts.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.

- Use SQL queries for backend data validation and testing.

- Manage defects and testing activities through Jira.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Prepare test execution reports and provide regular status updates.

- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong experience in Playwright and Selenium automation.

- Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.

- Experience with Jira and Agile development methodologies.

- Strong understanding of test management and QA processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- API Testing knowledge.

- CI/CD pipeline exposure.

- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
