Automation Test Engineer - Selenium/Java/Python

Key Responsibilities :

- Automated Script Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts primarily using Selenium with either Java or Python.

- Test Case Implementation : Translate complex functional requirements and manual test cases into efficient and effective automated test scripts.

- Framework & Tool Utilization : Leverage expertise in various automation testing frameworks and tools to build scalable and maintainable automation solutions.

- Element Identification : Utilize XPath effectively for identifying and interacting with web elements in complex telecom applications.

- Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to understand application functionalities and ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Regression Testing : Contribute to setting up and running comprehensive regression test suites to ensure stability across releases.

- Defect Management : Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.

- Telecom Domain Expertise : Apply your in-depth understanding of Telecom domain concepts and applications to create relevant and effective test scenarios.

Must-Have Skills :

- Selenium : Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.

- Java / Python : Proficiency in either Java or Python for writing automation scripts.

- Telecom Domain Expertise : Proven experience working on projects within the Telecom sector.

- XPath : Solid understanding and practical application of XPath for element location.

- Automation Testing Frameworks & Tools : Experience with building or working within established automation frameworks and using relevant tools (e.g., TestNG/JUnit for Java, Pytest/Unittest for Python, Maven/Gradle for build automation).
