Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Selenium, API Automation, Rest Assured, Postman, CI/CD, and Web Application Automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring the quality of web applications and APIs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web applications.

- Create and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Selenium.

- Perform API testing and automation using Rest Assured and Postman.

- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.

- Prepare test plans, test cases, and automation reports.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality assurance activities.

- Ensure software quality through functional, regression, and integration testing.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing.

- Strong knowledge of Python programming.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.

- Experience in API Automation using Rest Assured and Postman.

- Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.

- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and defect tracking tools like Jira.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SQL/Database Testing.

- Knowledge of PyTest framework.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Exposure to cloud platforms is an added advantage.
