Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Robot Framework. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch and executing automated test suites to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework.

- Create scalable and reusable automation frameworks from scratch.

- Develop and execute automated test scripts for web, API, and application testing.

- Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.

- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.

- Track and manage defects using Jira.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams in Agile environments.

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Prepare automation reports and testing documentation.

- Continuously improve automation coverage and testing processes.

Required Qualifications :

- 48 years of experience in Software Testing and Automation.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework.

- Experience in automation framework design and development from scratch.

- Good understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.

- Experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
