Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity in India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and scalable frameworks. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of our client's applications by executing and evaluating automated tests and collaborating closely with the development team to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand project test requirements and help create clear acceptance criteria for user stories.

Framework and Python.

- Execute and evaluate automated test cases and suites, and report test results to ensure system functionality meets acceptance criteria.

- Log detailed bug reports based on test execution and collaborate with the development team to prioritize test scenarios and perform root cause analysis.

- Work in an Agile environment using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and utilize JIRA for task management and bug tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.

- Strong skills in test design, including the creation and maintenance of comprehensive test documentation.

- Experience working in an Agile environment with Scrum or Kanban and proficiency with JIRA.

- A solid understanding of the differences between data formats such as JSON, YAML, and XML.

- Experience with testing web applications and knowledge of various testing approaches.

- A strong understanding of different testing environments, the Test Pyramid, and test risk management.

- A keen eye for detail and strong collaboration skills.
