About the Role :
- We are looking for a highly skilled Python Automation Engineer who has hands-on experience in building and maintaining robust automation frameworks and executing performance testing for scalable software applications.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Selenium, Pytest, and JMeter, with an analytical mindset and passion for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Pytest.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust test automation solutions.
- Implement performance and load testing using tools like JMeter.
- Develop and execute API automation tests to validate backend systems.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
- Optimize test scripts for reusability and maintainability.
- Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings with the development team.
- Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments.
- Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices in automation and performance testing.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 4 - 7 years of professional experience in automation testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Pytest framework.
- Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, STLC, and defect management processes.
- Experience in writing test scripts, test cases, and creating automation reports.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good to Have (Optional) :
- Experience with Robot Framework for automation scripting.
- Exposure to API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Important Note :
- We are only looking for Automation Test Engineers.
- Profiles with primarily Manual Testing experience will not be considered for this role.
Educational Qualification :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
