Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Playwright Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation and modern QA practices. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in the Playwright framework along with experience in JavaScript or TypeScript. The role involves building and maintaining automation frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using the Playwright framework

- Build and execute automated UI and integration test suites

- Work closely with development and QA teams to identify test scenarios and improve test coverage

- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps

- Perform API testing, database testing, and integration testing

- Track and manage defects using JIRA and collaborate with teams for resolution

- Maintain test documentation and ensure automation best practices

Required Skills :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing

- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright

- Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps

- Knowledge of API testing and integration testing

- Experience in database testing using SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL

- Experience with Git version control

- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
