Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement comprehensive automation frameworks using Java and Selenium to reduce manual regression efforts and increase test coverage for complex web applications.

- Design and execute mobile automation strategies using Appium to ensure consistent performance and user experience across diverse iOS and Android environments.

- Conduct rigorous performance testing and bottleneck analysis using JMeter to ensure system stability and scalability under high-concurrency loads.

- Develop and maintain automated API test suites to validate backend services, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity across distributed system architectures.

- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of defects, providing actionable insights that improve code quality and accelerate the overall software development lifecycle.

- Mentor junior team members on best practices in automation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the QA department.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing automation frameworks from scratch using Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Proven ability to perform end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications, utilizing Selenium and Appium to deliver high-quality software in agile environments.

- Strong analytical capability to design performance test scenarios and interpret JMeter reports to optimize application response times and resource utilization.

- Proficiency in API testing methodologies, with the ability to validate RESTful services and ensure robust communication between microservices.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical challenges and quality metrics to stakeholders across Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Pune, Chennai, Trivandrum, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Noida, and Kolkata.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to hybrid or remote work setups, maintaining high productivity and seamless collaboration with distributed global teams.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in quality engineering roles.
