Automation Test Engineer - Java/Selenium

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust Selenium automation frameworks for web applications.

- Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git.

- Develop data-driven, hybrid, or BDD frameworks using TestNG, Cucumber, or JUnit.

- Perform cross-browser testing and ensure compatibility across different environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, defect identification, and problem resolution.

- Analyze and debug test failures, generate detailed reports, and maintain test documentation.

- Lead efforts in improving test automation processes and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in test automation and software quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.

- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.

- Extensive experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks (BDD, data-driven, hybrid).

- Experience with API automation testing tools is a plus.

- Understanding of continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Git.

- Proficient with test management and reporting tools like TestNG, Allure, or Extent Reports.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
