Role Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable test automation frameworks. This role requires a professional with a strong background in Java, Selenium, and Rest API testing. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications by integrating automation into the entire development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Automation Framework : Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts using Java and Selenium.

- Test Case Development : Create and execute automated test cases for web applications to validate functionality, user interface, and performance.

- API Testing : Perform automated testing of Rest API services to ensure data integrity and system integration.

- Continuous Integration : Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and accelerate the release cycle.

- Defect Management : Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with the development team for timely resolution.

- Test Reporting : Generate and analyze detailed test reports to provide insights into testing progress and application quality.

- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Technical Skills :

- Programming Language : Strong hands-on experience with Java.

- Automation Tools : Extensive expertise with Selenium WebDriver.

- API Testing : Proficient in testing Rest APIs using tools and frameworks such as RestAssured or similar libraries.

- Testing Frameworks : Experience with test frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.

- Version Control : Proficiency with version control systems like Git.

- Methodologies : Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Required Experience :

- Overall Experience : A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance automation.
