Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer - Java to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in test automation using Java and Selenium, along with good exposure to API testing, automation frameworks, CI/CD, and database validation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for Web and API testing.

- Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts.

- Perform API testing using tools/frameworks such as Rest Assured.

- Work with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

- Validate application data using SQL queries, databases, XML, and flat files.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Identify, analyze, and track defects through resolution.

- Integrate automation suites with Jenkins/CI-CD pipelines.

- Use Maven and Git for build and source-code management.

- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, execution, and status reporting.

Mandatory Skills :

- 6 - 12 years of experience in Automation Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium.

- Experience in API Testing and RESTful Web Services.

- Good knowledge of Rest Assured and/or Cucumber.

- Experience in building/maintaining automation frameworks.

- Strong understanding of Maven and Git.

- Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.

- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum testing methodologies.

- Good understanding of microservices architecture.
