Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain end-to-end automation test scripts using Tricentis Tosca to streamline regression testing and reduce manual intervention for our core product lines.

- Execute comprehensive API testing to validate data integrity and system integration, ensuring high performance and security across distributed service architectures.

- Partner with development teams to integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines, facilitating faster feedback loops and more frequent, stable software deployments.

- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions that improve overall product quality and development velocity.

- Mentor junior team members on automation best practices and Tosca-specific methodologies to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing complex automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca, with a proven ability to handle diverse application landscapes.

- Proficient in performing API testing and validation, with a strong understanding of RESTful services and JSON/XML data structures.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable test scenarios.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical challenges and solutions to both technical peers and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to work effectively in a hybrid or office-based setup across our major hubs.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in quality engineering.
