Job Description :

Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation testing, with a solid mix of manual, development and automation exposure.

Technical Skills :

- Should have experience in C# development , SQL

- Candidate should be capable of doing development and Testing

- Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework (e.g. Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or equivalent)

- Hands-on experience with writing integration tests

- Test frameworks : NUnit (mandatory)

- BDD exposure (desirable) : SpecFlow or Cucumber

- CI/CD integration : Running and maintaining automated tests in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar

- Version control : Git

- Test reporting : Allure, ExtentReports, or built-in framework reporting

Soft Skills & Attributes :

- Highly proactive - identifies automation opportunities without waiting for direction

- Comfortable driving conversations with developers and testers

- Strong analytical and risk-based thinking when deciding what to automate

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently

- Practical mindset focused on improving outcomes rather than just tool usage
