Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products, particularly our Progressive Web App.

You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to identify and resolve defects, improve test coverage, and contribute to the overall success of our products. Your work will directly impact the user experience and ensure that our educational tools meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust automation test frameworks using Python and PyTest to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for API testing to validate data integrity and system functionality.

- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues to maintain product quality.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate test strategies to meet project goals.

- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not introduce new issues to maintain system stability.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to design and implement automation test frameworks using Python.

- Strong proficiency in API testing methodologies and tools.

- Expertise in using PyTest for test automation and reporting.

- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.

- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Navi Mumbai.

- Experience with testing Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is highly desirable.
