Role Overview :

As an Automation Technical Lead based in Hyderabad, you will spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated testing architectures that ensure the reliability of complex software products. You will work closely with cross-functional development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-performance automation strategies. Your contribution will directly influence the quality of software releases, reducing time-to-market and fostering a culture of continuous integration and delivery within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks from the ground up to support complex software design and development lifecycles.

- Lead the technical strategy for test automation, ensuring that the team adheres to industry best practices for code quality and maintainability.

- Collaborate with developers to integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines, enabling seamless deployment cycles.

- Mentor junior team members on advanced automation techniques and code reviews to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the QA department.

- Analyze system requirements to design comprehensive test strategies that cover functional, regression, and integration testing scenarios.

- Troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks within the automation infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of testing environments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing automation frameworks using Selenium and Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Proven ability to design and implement robust test suites utilizing TestNG and JUnit to ensure comprehensive code coverage.

- Strong proficiency in version control systems like Git and orchestration tools such as Jenkins to manage automated build and deployment processes.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Hyderabad, demonstrating self-motivation and a collaborative mindset.

- A minimum of 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in software quality engineering and automation development.
